It's difficult in Hong Kong to have a conversation without talking food ! It's common to say hello to someone in the street by asking:" Have you already eaten ?", the HK cooking is a great means to share in family, friends and even businessmen.
It must be said that the restaurants are not lacking in this city with more than 10,000 officially registered places, and nearly 30,000 restaurants, the kitchen is shared mainly between Hong Kong Chinese, Cantonese, Chaozhou, but also of Shanghai, Sichuan and North.
The richness of this unique cooking in the world is explain by the fact that it has its origins in many places, whether in China, Asia and even in England.
